Frequently asked
How much does your carpet cleaning cost?
The fee is $0.35 per square foot. We have a minimum trip charge of $100 which covers the cost of travel, equipment set up and chemical use.
How do you clean my carpets?
We use hot water extraction. We first vacuum thoroughly, spray an enzyme that dissolves any biological material, and use the hot water extraction to remove debris from the carpet.
What do I have to move?
If you have small furnishings or items on coffee tables that could fall if moved, we suggest you remove them. We would like you to move your small items from the areas you want cleaned. We have sliders to move larger furniture if you want the entire carpet cleaned. If you only want the high traffic areas cleaned, we can leave larger furniture in place.
How long before I can walk on the carpet?
Our steam extraction process leaves the carpet damp. Leaving your air conditioning on and ceiling fans running will help dry any moisture that remains. It should be completely dry in a few hours.
